There's no fine print here. We try to keep things simple and up front:

Outages Digital Transformation Systems is not responsible for any loss due to outages. Most often outages will be due to circumstances beyond our control such as Internet congestion or outages. However other, less common issues can arise such as data center issues, server hardware issues or operating system or software issues. We monitor all servers and we will be alerted to any outages and will work quickly to either fix any issues or get information to the right people. We are open and transparent and will share all information as it is available to us.

Data loss Digital Transformation Systems is not responsible for any data loss. There are many factors that could result in data loss. The most common are going to be user error or disgruntled employees. Rest assured that data loss due to hard disk failure would be very rare. We use redundant hard disks in all servers. All data is simultaneously written to all disks and if the primary disk fails, the next one in line automatically takes over and we are alerted so that we can hot swap the bad disk out. We also use an offsite backup for all data on an incremental basis. That means we can go back 30 days and pull the "version" of the data from any one of those days. Currently we are backing up data nightly, but we will be evaluating the scheduling to determine if more often is needed.

System availability Digital Transformation Systems will make sure that the system is available at all times possible. There are so many variables that can cause system availability issues that we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that a server may not be rebooting or maintenance being performed, etc. We will always do our best to minimize the odds that the system will not be available. Again we are happy to share factual information regarding any system downtime.
